2) List the three principal types of chemical bonds in order of strength with the strongest first. Please include a short description of each and an example of each. 

3) If you have a cup of oil (non polar) and a cup of water (polar), and a cup of an unknown substance, how can you tell if the unknown substance is polar or non polar?
