In an essay, discuss the following: Give an example where you were motivated to successfully accomplish a task (in your personal life, in your career, in an academic setting, etc.)What was your motivation to do a good job?  Was your motivation intrinsic or extrinsic? Describe whether motivation was enough to complete the task and whether or not you were successful.
