Option #2: Diversity Initiatives

For this assignment, first explain how workplace diversity can provide a competitive advantage. Discuss how the concept can be used to strengthen an organization’s patience care services. Then offer 2-3 specific actions that organizations can take to increase diversity in the workforce. Be sure to also describe the strengths, limitations, and challenges of each.
