As a refresher, this is an open ended problem, making assumptions and approximations will be necessary. You need to explain you reasoning in making these. You will need to clearly indicated what is your metric for answering this problem and explain why.
Problem Statment: Take a large transport aircraft (for example an Airbus A380 or Boeing 747). Comparing the wing and the tail, which aerodynamic surface is working harder? Why?
We may touch on some aspects of this in class but definitely not all of it. You will have to think about this one and potentially introduce material from other course to build up your assumptions and solution.
