Who are the formal and informal leaders of the group?
Who are the followers, and how can you tell?

What observed leader behaviors would fall in the categories of delegating, supporting, coaching, or directing? How well do the displayed leader behaviors fit the developmental level of the followers?
Are all followers treated the same way? Explain.
Would the leaders benefit from applying the situational approach to this group?
How useful is direct observation of group process in determining leader style and follower development?
