What information from chapters one through five changed your perspective on the governance structure of nonprofit organizations?

The above question deals with Board size, the pros and cons, committees and task forces, committee structure, committee chairs and member’s, non board members and committees, committees and staff, governance committee,finance committee, executive committee, audit committee, public policy or legislative committee,advisory councils,membership organization board,national boards of federated systems.

It is really a lot for me to understand and put in words. This needs to be addressed in 250 -500 words.
