The Final Project will be a case study on Jon, a 50-year-old male who has decided to begin an exercise program consisting of aerobic and anaerobic activities. Jon’s goal is to lose weight and decrease his risk factors for chronic disease (i.e., high cholesterol and high blood pressure). Read Chapters 13, 14, 17, and 18 in your course text as well as the “The Basics of Personal Training for Adults” article and watch this week’s required video presentations.
