WBS in chart form for a web development project of your choosing (or you may select another type of IT project you are familiar with). It should be similar to the chart in Figure 5-4. Select an activity in Level 2 and decompose it into a level 3. Then select an activity in Level 3 and decompose it into a set of Level 4 work packages. Remember, WBSs are used to define the total scope of a project so your Level 2 should reflect that.
