A typed, 2-4 page paper, that provides the following information.

A brief description of tinnitus, what might be causing it, and how it affects the patient, and some potential treatments to address it

This may require references beyond the “good” and “bad” ones that you found

A brief description of your good and bad pages, and explaining why you thought each was good/bad

This should refer back to the criteria and the checklists you completed for each page

All sources must be listed at the end

Listing will be full URLs for each site you used for information for the paper (including the two with the checklist)

Any extra references you use must adhere to the guidelines that above (no encyclopedias, WebMD, etc.)
