Think of something that could be considered a practical problem in your life. This could be something related to a hobby (ie- how to get more out of your workout), work (ie- how to spend less time in traffic), or just general life (ie- how best to get baby blowout stains out of onesies). Using the scientific method:

I. Develop a question followed by a hypothesis. Then . . 

II. Design a brief experiment to test your hypothesis (make sure to indicate a control, independent and dependent variables) and describe predicted results.
