The term and the personal statement, what did I get wrong?

I’m sure now that peer review is not the correct answer, because rats are not peers. I’m also sure it’s not placebo since there were no fake pills involved. Maybe it could be single-blind study because of the reason that there is no control group mentioned.

Not sure about the first one, maybe its considered a review because this is the statement made after the person took the pills. Either questions can still be (treatment) or (placebo) on the left side. Are my new explanations making any progress or do I still have the incorrect answer?
