Modern warehouses are often computerized and automated guided vehicles are used for materials handling. The physical layout of the warehouse must be carefully designed to prevent vehicle congestion. In a study a computer simulation was used to study the congestion time as the number of vehicles in the warehouse changed. As the number of vehicles changed the minutes of per hour was determined. The following is the output from a simple linear regression with the response variable being the minutes of congestion and the independent variable the number of vehicles.
