Topic: The Canadian Nurses Association (2005) defines horizontal aggression “as aggressive behaviour that one registered nurse commits against another in the workplace.” Discuss the impact of horizontal aggression between and amongst nurses on the delivery of health services to Canadians including the impact of this issue on future professional nursing practice.
