The assignment asked me to interpret 2 sets of data that are retrieved from an experiment.

The experiment has 30 participants, and there are no control group (which means every participants have received the same treatment).

The variable I need to analysis is their pulse rate (continuous variable), and the 2 sets of data I have been given are: pulse rate per min before the treatment and pulse rate per min after the treatment.

I have already used the stem and leaf plot to compare the pulse rate before treatment and after treatment. And I would like know any other good methods/charts from Excel that can be used to interpret the data? Especially for the pulse rate difference between before treatment and after treatment.
