Describe the personal contribution a nurse might make in the process of seeking or maintaining Magnet designation.

Retrieve a current article (published within the past 5 years) from the Walden Library that describes the impact of nursing on health care quality as viewed through the Magnet professional practice model. This week’s Library Learning Resources will guide you through your database search. Write a one-page response to the article.

As you reflect on the findings in your chosen article, consider how the findings compare to your own professional nursing experience with Magnet, or, if you have no personal experience with Magnet, your thoughts concerning Magnet:

Consider factors or principles from the article that hold true for or resonate with you.

Paraphrase and integrate information from the article into paper.

Include an introduction, body, and a summary (conclusion).
