• Description of the land
• Details of the plan
• The effect of registration of za dealing with land such as a transfer or mortgage
• Explanation of any encumbrances
• Other interesting features.

Pay attention to expression including spelling, punctuation, grammar, paragraphing and clarity.

One way of approaching the task is to imagine that you are writing the report for a client who is interested in purchasing the property.
