Divide your list into two groups: avoidable and unavoidable. For each stressor that is potentially avoidable, describe a strategy for eliminating it from your life. For stressors that are unavoidable, make a list of effective coping mechanisms. Once all the list are made, create a 400 to 500 word reflection/summary using the information from these created list. The summary is what should be submitted not the list.
