Make sure the chief complaints, Ros ( which is what the mother reports portion), and PMH ( is what is found during a physical exam of the patient) all match what you would find on a patient with hand and foot disease. Please include three differenetial diagnose for hand and foot disease. Also has to include a detail treatment plan, medication, education the parents, non pharmological treatments, and anticipatory guidance. please besure to fill in the weight, height, head circumference, temp. respiratory… all the soap note portion. There for if it’s normal, then write whati normal is. Please only use evidence-based guideline for treatement plan, and references should be no later than 2012, and include the references in text for the treatment plan portion.
