Use this week’s iHuman case titled “Carolyn Cross V2VE”

• Using the Soap Note Template provided in Week 1, submit a (SOAP) note and a treatment plan. Remember to keep the patient’s identity private; use the minimal amount of information possible to get the idea across.
• Include three differential diagnoses and support your diagnoses with supporting literature.
