The Capstone Project is designed to be completed in sections. This is the part three of the assignment.

Directions:

1. Revise your Change Proposal and Implementation Draft, using feedback from your instructor.

2. After revising and making changes, combine your Change Proposal (Capstone part 1), Implementation Plan (Capstone part 2), and Evaluation & Dissemination Plan (Capstone part 3) to create a singular paper.

3. Create an introduction, proper thesis, and conclusion, for your paper.

4. Add any necessary transitions to bridge and integrate the sections of the paper.

5. Utilized the Logic Model assignment as a guide for this Capstone assignments.
