• Students will select a country to study. A 250 word essay will be submitted in Week 4 lab discussing why that country was chosen.
• They will utilize the library to identify at least 5 peer-reviewed journal articles about the health and well-being of the population of the region they select. A 250 work essay will be submitted in Lab Section Week 7 on why those articles were chosen.
• The most prominent health issue for that country will be identified.
• Students will outline the types of foods commonly consumed in this region.
• Students will identify health promoting customs popular in their selected country and describe how this can be leveraged to help residents make healthier options.
