Using a Facebook or Twitter page (or other social media sites) of a healthcare facility that you know (or one you have researched), locate an example of good customer service provided via social media. Provide the link, the example, and why, in your opinion, it demonstrates good customer service.

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO USE THEM AND THEY MAY NOT BE RELEVANT BUT I WANTED TO ADD THEM IN IN CASE THEY CAN HELP : (some key notes u can put in there for this post … is the elder could always ask their family or friends for recommendations. also, Words can be misconstrued on social media and sound like u were rude when u werent trying to be..? and maybe about patient confidentiality most older people dont trust it with their informationwhich could be a reason for them not liking it which is true, since their is a bigger scare for patient confidentiality with information being online. . . also maybe violating patients privacy? like if a healthcare worker has a bad day and comes home n vents about it on social media? also, external risks being harder to manage – facilities can be critisized more on social media… )
