Provide a brief summary of the reliability and validity of interviews. Conduct an online search for examples of interview questions. Select 3 questions that you would use in the interview process for a manager.  For each question, identify the competencies that the questions are being designed to measure. Integrating examples and ideas from your readings and research this week, give an example of what you think a good and bad answer might be to each question and explain your position.
