Consider the assigned readings and resources for this week, and prepare a paper exploring educational psychology and ways to ensure equitable access in a school setting of your choice (e.g., Preschool to 12th grade). It is important to ensure that underprivileged children are not increasingly taught by inexperienced or unqualified teachers. 

Be sure to address the following in your submission:  Explore what educational psychologists do to model equitable access. Describe the term equity in an educational setting and identify equity gaps. Explain likely causes of these equity gaps. 

To accompany your paper, create a visual aid providing one to two strategies to eliminate these equity gaps to model equitable access for all children in the school. This could be in the form of a chart, graph, or any other appropriate format.

Support your assignment with at least three scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including seminal articles, may be included.
