Please submit a brief, one page summary of the health care management topic for your final paper. Your paper should include:

1. Problem / Issue Statement–what is the thesis for your essay (the problem that you aim to address). Be specific.
2. Literature review. Identify 4-5 relevant academic journal articles that will support your essay. Summarize the key points as background on your topic. Include citations in APA format. (Note: you will want more articles for your final essay; this is a starting point only).

Note: Do not begin writing your final paper until your proposal has been approved. The proposal can be completed in one page.
