Topic: For my project, I will focus for pre-operative skin preparation to standardize of the pre-operative skin care procedure. It reminder the frontline nurses the important of pre-operative skin care. Time: I set the time frame between November of 2017 to March of 2018. November of 2017 , this time will set up the skin care of pre-operation surgical site guideline and design the” Bathing card” at Nursing Kardax within this month.
