Do you believe that voter ID laws are meant to disenfranchise voters who are disproportionately members of minority groups or the poor? Do you believe they are discriminatory or do they help prevent voter fraud? In your response, you must directly cite information from the two articles you have chosen for this assignment and you must present BOTH sides of the argument. You must also have a works cited page listing your two sources for this assignment.
