A Cloud Platform is a suite of cloud computing services that runs on the same infrastructure that Google uses internally for its end-user products, It secures the infrastructure and it is the users responsibility to secure the data on top of it. It is important to protect PII (Personal Identifiable Information) and the way in which the cloud platform is set up it can protect that data however we as users need to ensure to do the same. One of the item mentioned in the video was you pay for what you use. This would be a cost savings for corporations as you only pay for what is needed.
