After reviewing the symptoms that he is experiencing, consult the DSM-IV and create a multiaxial diagnosis for George. You must include a differential diagnosis that has been ruled out based on the presenting facts. You must also discuss your rationale for the diagnosis that you select.

Write a 750-1,000-word paper on the multiaxial diagnosis for George, the differential diagnosis, and the rationale for the diagnosis you select.
