If we are measuring height and your height is 5 feet 9 inches and the next person comes along to measure you and you are 5 feet 9 inches, and then a 3rd person comes along and you are 5 feet 9 inches… you are probably 5 feet 9 inches? But, what is the data is not that simple. For example, let’s say your data says the customer satisfaction scores at your practice are low but your patient census is increasing by 10% per month. How do we interpret that data?
