Now imagine you are an investigator interested in determining whether a five-minute walk outside can lower blood pressure. You end up getting a sample of 30 participants. You test each one separately by taking an initial reading of blood pressure. Next, you have them walk outside for five minutes and when they return you remeasure their blood pressure.
