Hi please let me know how much you will charge me for Phase 2

Phase one of the project was already completed by another tutor but I will like for you to continue, let me know if is possible attached you will find phase one of the project (by another tutor) and class syllabus page 7-9 you will find phase 2 of the project (due this week October 11)

I know is a little difficult to continue someone else work, please give it a try

Phase 3 will be do in 3 weeks
