Career Counseling Assessments

Select a career assessment to explore. Gain approval from your instructor for the selected assessment by sending your instructor an email or posting the selected assessment to this discussion board. Upon approval from your instructor, write about the career assessment’s basic concepts explained in your book on page 136. Be sure to talk about the purpose of the assessment, reliability, validity, reading level, gender fairness, and any other important information. This post should be 400-600 words. Respond to two of your peers. Ask your peers questions about the assessment as though you were a client who might be interested in taking the assessment.
