I selected Patient/Family participate in quality, Safety, and risk meetings Element in Quality Improvement Domain on the PFCC tool. My paper is about changing the way Cath Lab nurses report to recovery room nurses post procedure. Current practice is that report is given at the nurse station instead of using Hand-off bedside report. Purpose is to improve the quality of care to patient/family centered-care. Evaluation Personal concluded that discussion is great but doesn’t reflect Patient/Family participation in quality, safety, and risk meeting. Did I pick the wrong Element and the incorrect Domain? Should I have picked a different Element and Domain in the purpose of reflecting the content of my paper? Do I need to add more and change some of my papers or only change the element and the domain?
