Medicare offers incentive programs which allow practitioners to earn money based upon data collection for services performed. If a provider is currently providing these services, chances are they are already collecting the information needed to meet the specific requirements set forth by the incentive program. Visit the Quality Program Site https://qpp.cms.gov/ and select the merit based or alternate payment program. Select one of the quality measure or incentives available. Write a short summary (400 words,) of the program that you selected.

Be sure to include:

1) What data collection method would you use to determine that the measure is met?

2) If listed, what is the value of the incentive that you selected?
