First click on Patient Care & Health Info. Then, click on Healthy Lifestyle and under the tittle Healthy lifestyle topics you will find the subtitle “Nutrition and healthy eating”. When you click there it will take you to a variety of information about that topic. On the horizontal bar of options the fifth one say Multimedia, click on that one, choose and watch one of the videos and write a paragraph reflecting on the information you watched. Make sure you describe what the video was about and what do you think about the information.
