2. Your site and description of the systematic process you used to search and identify alternate sites
3. Your evaluation of each site based on public information, including values, available utilities, neighboring resources, zoning restrictions, boundaries, and setbacks.
4. A maximum of a two-page narrative that describes the building, its main components, its budget, site, and the key site selection considerations you took into account.
