Google up a Life Expectancy Calculator and based on your input you will receive your own life expectancy.  Any one of these will do.  Complete the questions based on your current lifestyle, then read the suggestions to increase the quantity and quality of your life. 

Throughout the quarter, as we filter through information regarding “how to age well”, refer back to your LEC and

determine ways you will alter your lifestyle to increase your Life Expectancy.  This is a no point value exercise.  This is for you and you only!  Have fun with this as it is life changing!
