Identify a legislative issue currently being considered at the state or national level and will develop a Legislative letter to the appropriate state or national representative (s) for their legislative district in which they recommend that their legislative representative(s) adopt a particular position on the pending legislation. The recommendation must be supported by substantive data which are documented in the letter.
