I need a MATLAB file that can read in an IR image. After reading in the image and displaying it, the file should be used to demonstrate the following signal processing applications: image resampling, super-resolution image reconstruction and image restoration (deblurring, image contrast enhancement, nonuniformity correction, tone scale and image fusion).
