How do I out the following questions in PICOT format?

1-     Is chlorhexidine effective in decreasing topical infections?

2-     How effective is chlorhexidine in decreasing resistant infections?

3-     What are the systemic effects of chlorhexidine with daily use?

4-     Will chlorhexidine contribute to pathogen resistance to antibiotics?

5-     Should chlorhexidine be rinsed from the skin following application?

I submitted them as part of my paper and was told they are not in PICOT format.
