Community Health Mapping

This is part 2 of a 3 part project for Community Health Nursing. In the first part an essay was written to identify health hazards and solutions of a community that I’ve chosen. I will upload the first part so that you have a better understanding of the entire project for a better product of part 2. The health hazard that I’ve chosen is obesity.

I will also upload the instructions, a rubric, as well as a tool and a reference that our instructor wishes us to use.

We are expected to use 2 more scholarly articles as references, from nursing/medical/health journals, that are 5 yrs old or less.
