Week 5 Group Counseling

Identify and attend any two open-group counseling sessions of your choice. The group sessions should be different in theory and practice. Observe group proceedings carefully.

Afterwards, in approximately 500-800 words, analyze these two different types of counseling groups sessions based on their schools of thought and present practices. What are their similarities and what are their differences?
