Issue/Problem Paper Guidelines

1. Identify a current issue or problem that is influencing the health/health care of women and/or children.
2. Review current literature related to the problem. It is expected that references will reflect nursing research

• Based on your synthesis of this literature review, discuss:

1. the scope of the issue/problem
2. vulnerable groups within the population
3. impact of the issue/problem on the individual, family, and community.
4. Determine the impact nursing has had/could have on this issue/problem and present this in the paper.
