I am confused with my professor ppt. It states that “Examples if Ptx who are at risk for the development of pressure ulcers include the following:

• Older adult who have experienced trauma
• Spinal cord Injury
• Ptx with hip fracture
• LTC, Community care,
• Diabetes
• PTX in critical care setting” (Potter and Perry, 1185)

also she wrote

Risk factors of Presure ulcers:”Impaired sensory perception, Impaired mobility, Alt LOC, Shear, Friction, Moisture.”

What is the difference between these two “Risk Factors”.
