I am building a mouse trap car for my physics class and have some questions to answer regarding rigid body rotation. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Assume the setup for the rear set of wheels including two wheels of radius R and each having a mass mw, an axle with mass mA, and a tight fitting axle pulley of radius P and mass mP. For this example, let P= 2 cm= 0.02 m (tight fitting axle pulley radius), mP= 2 g= 0.002kg (axle pulley mass), A = 1.5 mm= 0.0015 m (axle radius), mA=8g= 0.008 kg (axle mass), R= 6cm, =0.06 m (wheel radius), and Mw= 18 g= 0.018 kg (each wheels mass). The axle is a solid uniform cylinder stainless steel.

a. Calculate the total moment of inertia of this wheel-set about the axis. Write the answer in scientific notation, in kgm^2, with at least four digits past the decimal.

b. At some point in the time, the car is traveling at a speed of 1 m/s without the wheels slipping.

i. What is the translational kinetic energy of the rear wheel-set, in J?

ii. What is the roational kinetic energy of the rear wheel-set, in J?
