* If you work in the field then you can refer to your own experiences and relate to some of the issues described in the lesson materials. If you do not work in the field, you will need to use your imagination and picture yourself working in the field.

* What was something that stood out to you as especially significant or important about avoiding stress and burnout?

* How can you apply what you learned in your current job or in a future job or in your work with the FSI family.
