Describe one way you can ensure success when implementing your HCO’s strategic plan. Then describe a potential problem in effectively moving from transitioning to implementation and why it is a problem.

Discuss the importance of each initiative, and the discuss the potential impact to the implementation of the strategic plan if they were not completed. Use 2 external sources other than your text to support your work.
