Task – produce a 1,500 word structured reflective account which explores how you developed a therapeutic relationship with a patient/service user during module one clinical placement. The reflective account must be clearly structured around a reflective model and be supported with a sound underpinning evidence base. The work should also discuss how professional values and boundaries were maintained and demonstrate how the experience will inform your future practice.

Please use Gibbs 1998 model of reflection.

A good answer to task 1b will include:
• Reflection on your current strengths in terms of the development of a therapeutic relationship whilst on your module one placement, with examples to illustrate
• How your strengths match the characteristics of a therapeutic relationship.
• Areas to you need to develop and how you will do this
