Research the renewable energy projects 3 Gorges Dam Project (China)

1) Describe the cultural and social factors that led to these projects, both internal and external to the country. Describe how the project have evolved and influenced the culture of the country where they are located.

2) If you were working on one of these projects and were a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers, what aspects of their codes of ethics would affect your work? In what way?
